CREOPIA

Mobile Open Culture and Innovation is a collaboration to connect and transcend cultural constraints, eliminating digital divides, creating common vocabularies and access to open knowledge within the South-Caucasus. MOCI works at the intersection of open culture, informal education and social innovation, hence creativity and civil activism.

 

The project is part of an emergent network of cultural professionals and civic activists from the Western Balkan and South-Caucasus inclose cooperation with German partners. The project in the South-Caucasus is supported in 2021 by the German Federal Foreign Office.
